2684613 - Behavior of the [[INVITE_LINK]] email token when using RMK

• The email token [[INVITE_LINK]] in the Invite Candidate to Apply email for Private Postings directs candidates to the RMK landing page instead of the intended application page.
• The [[INVITE_LINK]] token may also redirect candidates to an RMK job page that displays an error.
• The job description layout displayed to candidates does not follow the layout configured in Career Site Builder (CSB).
• On the Mobile Apply page, the wrapper that appears is not the expected Brand wrapper.

Private Postings are not supported in RMK for instances that are not using Unified Data Model (UDM). Because of this limitation, the system cannot correctly generate or resolve the RMK URLs associated with the [[INVITE_LINK]]

• The [[INVITE_LINK]] email token should not be used. Instead, the Private Posting Link from the Job Requisition Posting Page should be manually emailed to the candidate.
• The Private Posting link is an RCM link, therefore the RMK Job Description layout will not come into play.
• The wrapper used on the Mobile Apply page is the default brand wrapper as the job has not gone through RMK to get the branding assigned.
• Private Postings are not available in a RMK XML Feed as RMK job feeds only include public jobs and cannot include private jobs as they do not exist on the RMK career site.
• Support for Private postings by RMK was delivered with release 1H2024. 
• Note however that this requires the implementation of The Career Site Builder Unified Data Model. Non UDM implementations of RMK will not support Private Postings.
• With UDM, the posting links for private postings redirect to the RMK job page. This means RMK branding and layouts will be applied.
