How to remove a job requisition from ALL job boards

There are various approaches for eliminating a job with Recruiting Posting you need first to select the job offer and then click on "Job Postings" (as illustrated in the below picture).

1/ You can remove a job posting from the external career site, click on "Remove Post" on the job requisition next the External Career Site Posting. A pop-up will appear asking if you truly want to remove this job. Closing a job requisition in Recruiting Management (RCM) will also remove all job postings.

2/ You can also remove the post from all job boards by clicking on the menu's three dots, and then confirming as shown in the illustration below.

Note : The job offer will be removed from all job boards. This process may take some time, depending on the job board. A few job boards don't allow the deletion of a job offer; in such cases, the offer will remain online until it expires.

3/ Or you need to Click "Remove Post" option that is available in the job status table for each job board, and make sure to utilize this option to remove the posting from every job board associated with the specific job if you want to delete from all job boards at the same time.
