User performs the following manual pre-implementation activities from note 2661050:

13 a. a) Create text with Alias /XNFE/USICORE/ICMS_EFET (if the OTR Alias is not already existing) with  transaction SOTR_EDIT. 

It results in error message: Message no. BTFR_MESS129:the alias name /XNFE/USICORE/ICMS_EFET already exists.

And the note assistant shows the SAP Note implemention status as “incompletely implemented”.
