2685107 - Custom Email Notification is not Displaying Values for Some Fields

Document generation, custom email notificaiton is not displaying any values for some fields like Unit and Division already mappend in Manage Document Template Mapping.

1. Request time off>A custom email notification will be triggered to manager.
2. Placeholders Division and Unit were created and mapped, however in the email notification they show no data and only ',,' simbol.

User did not have enabled the permissions for Unit and Division under Manage Permission Roles> User permission >Employee Data.  Once this is enabled the data that belongs to the fields will be visible as expected.
