2685341 - Copied PO does not update Header Condition

Symptom

A new PO (i.e. PO BBB)  is created by copying an existing one (PO AAA).  The header condition can be displayed in transaction ME23N -> Header Condition screen for both of the POs.

The PO AAA has header condition in table KONV or PRCD_ELEMENTS, but PO BBB does not update the header condition in the table.
