• The following error message is received when navigating from the "Sales Accounting Overview" Fiori app to the "Incoming Sales Orders - Predictive Accounting" Fiori app:

• The error below is the result of the user not having access to the "Incoming Sales Orders - Predictive Accounting" Fiori app likely because none of the roles they are associated with have the Business Catalog SAP_FIN_BC_SA_ENH_REP_PC because it does not exist in the system:

[APP_ERROR: Navigation to this application is not supported.]

• The Business Catalog SAP_FIN_BC_SA_ENH_REP_PC is part of the scope item 2FD which is not activated on the system
• The scope item 2FD is concerned a non-standard scope item and, therefore, is not activated by default

• Request that SAP Operations (component XX-S4C-OPR-SRV) activate scope item 2FD
• The scope item 2FD does not require any additional licensing
