2685370 - Empty field in the Time Zone drop-down menu - LMS

There is a "blank field" in the Time Zone dropdown when creating a Scheduled Offering:

1. Create a new Scheduled Offering

2. On the Timezone drop down, you'll see that there is a blank field (see Symptom)

As per Engineering, this is hard coded.

The blank field is hard coded and we cannot remove it from the UI.

However, they also cleared that since the Timezone is a required field when creating the Scheduled Offering, it won't allow you to save the Scheduled Offering without selecting a Timezone. It will give a warning that the Timezone is required, so the user will not miss / forget to populate it with a Timezone other than the blank field.
