2685402 - IBP: Unable to limit scope of planning view by Subnetwork in Excel

• The Planning Unit (Subnetwork) selection in the Planning Scope settings of the planning view is not available (the section in the red box):
  
• The attribute PLUNITID (subnetwork) is correctly assigned to the planning area through the PLANNINGUNIT master data.
• The attribute PLUNITID is a member of the LOCATIONPRODUCT master data.
• In this situation, you can receive the error "You need to specify a subnetwork" in a pop-up when trying to run the S&OP Operator from Excel, which causes the operator to fail.
