2685404 - Level field is blank - Adhoc Report

The field "Level" from Employee Information table is blank in Adhoc for Employee Profile and Succession domains

SuccessFactors Workforce Analytics (ANA) - All versions

1. Go to Adhoc and create a report from Employee Profile or Succession
2. Select the field "Level" from employee information table
3. Check in the result that this field will be blank for all users
   

The Level field comes from the table sm_user_info, which has blank value populated in this field.
In Adhoc Employee Profile and Succession, the Employee information's Level, Incumbent's Level and Nominee's Level are sourced from the same table sm_user_info.

This is expected behavior and Engineering is evaluating the possibility to improve this in future release.

Note: You can have Level information showing in the Employee information portlet, but not showing in the report.
That happens because the Level field from the portlet is stored in an user_customfield. The custom field can display data correctly in Adhoc using Employee Profile domain.
However, the custom field is not going to populate data in Succession domain.
