Symptom

In the S/4Hana Public cloud system, a user is entering a physical inventory count for a serialized material via the webgui tile 'Enter Inventory Count'. When entering the serial number information, the user double clicks the serial number and receives error message 'you are not authorized to use transaction IQ03'.
