You're trying to configure SAP Cloud Print Manager with the system SSO URL (e.g. https://myXXXXXX-sso.sapbydesign.com), but the connection is not being established.
Environment
SAP Hybris Cloud For Customer
SAP Business ByDesign
SAP Cloud Print Manager
Cause
SAP Cloud Print Manager is not compatible with the SSO URL of the Cloud applications.
Resolution
You have to use the standard URL of the system (e.g. https://myXXXXXX.sapbydesign.com) and login with the standard user credentials of the application.
