2685850 - Monitoring - MON00016 Error When Editing Watch with Blank Error Details

• Trying to edit watches in CMC -> Monitoring
• Saving a watch results in "An error occurred while editing the watch <watch name> (MON00016)", regardless of changes made to the watch
• Clicking to show more details in the logs shows a blank screen
• Error in CMC Web Application logs:
• java.lang.NullPointerException: while trying to invoke the method com.businessobjects.sdk.monitoring.plugin.desktop.monitoringevent.IMonitoringEvent.removeSubscriber(int) of a null object loaded from local variable 'dangerEvent'
• A danger event with the same name as the watch does not appear in CMC -> Events -> Monitoring Events
