2685876 - Delta load using ODP get stuck in ODQMON with status "Extraction Scheduled"

Symptom

  • ODP is being used for data load. Delta initial request never finishes on Subscriber side (e.g. SAP_BW, BOBJ_DS, rodps_repl_test, etc).
  • After a long time, error 'No reply in waiting period' is shown on Subscriber side.
  • In ODQMON, it's observed the extraction job has status 'Extraction Scheduled' but not 'Extraction Running' or 'Extraction Failed' which means the job has not started at all.
