2685886 - Downloading reports offline from bundles in Report Distributor

It is not possible to download a report offline that was run from a bundle.

Using Report Center: 

1. Go to Home dropdown menu;
2. Select Reporting
3. Navigate to Views Schedules
4. Switch to Legacy Report Distributor page
5. Select a bundle that runs offline
6. Click on "Run Report Distributor" and then in "Job Status"
7. Click on the "+" button to expand the "Download Files" option

As you can see in the example below, in the first line, there is no option to download the report. On the second line, you will see the link to download the report. This is expected as you can only download the reports from bundles that you ran with your own user.

If you proxy with the user that has ran the second version of the same bundle, you will see the link to download the report and the download button for the report that you have run will no longer be available.

You have to run the bundle with your own user to get the link to download the report. The system will run the bundle with the user permissions and this is the reason why other user will not be able to download a report ran by another user.
