2685898 - ORA-00372 when updating statistics

Symptom

After upgrading the database, run post step statistics update:

brconnect -u / -c -f stats -t system_stats

Then the following error occurs:

"BR0301W SQL error -372 at location brc_dblog_open-1, SQL statement:
'INSERT INTO SAP_SDBAH (BEG, FUNCT, SYSID, OBJ, RC, ENDE, ACTID, LINE) VALUES ('20180813232452', 'sta', '<SID>', 'SYSTEM_STATS', '9999', ' ', 'cezdhaqm', '7.20 (42) stats SYSTEM_STATS')'
ORA-00372: file 114 cannot be modified at this time
ORA-01110: data file 114: '<DRIVER:>\ORACLE\<SID>\SAPDATA2\SR3_94\SR3.DATA93'
BR0324W Insertion of database log header failed"
