Hidden fields re-appear when changing Pay Component amount

Reproducing the Issue
- Create a rule that hides fields in Compensation Information
- Set as a Trigger rule under compInfo in Manage Business Configuration
- New Hire Wizard - Fill all information until you get to Compensation Information section
- Add a Pay Component and set the amount -> Previously hidden fields become visible again
Cause
This is a bug in the system, the OnInit rule stops working as expected
Example:
Upon loading the Compensation Information screen in the New Hire Wizard, custom fields are hidden by a business rule as expected
After entering a Pay Component and the amount, the previously hidden fields are now visible
Resolution
This has been confirmed by engineering as fixed in the 1902 release scheduled for March (Preview) / April (Production)
