Unexpected results in several SNP planning application:

• Planned orders are created for wrong locations during SNP Heuristic.
• Quota arrangements are ignored by SNP Heuristic.
• SNP Deployment and/or TLB could not confirm the planned distribution demand fully. The reduced quantity is calculated correctly but the wrong target location is assigned to the reduced planned distribution order.
• Planned orders sent to APO from the ECC system get a wrong location assigned in APO.
• Purchase requisitions sent to APO from the ECC system get a wrong location assigned in APO.
