Field Types

We support following field type for learning: text, textarea, date, percent, bool, enum, checkbox, number, link and for textarea type we support coach advisor/legal scan/spell check.

Note (i):

To support SF LMS integration, you need to make sure you have "Planned"/"Completed"/"Failed" value configured for the status field.

You must configure the "Planned" status in template as it is mandatory, otherwise you won't be able to add learning to development plan page from LMS.

For "Completed" / "Failed" status, we also strongly suggest you to configure since there is also some functional logic for both status.

However, for both the "Completed" and "Failed" status, it won't block the function to add learning to development plan page, however you may experience some behavior which is undesirable such as differences between status in LMS and CDP.

Note (ii):

Data is only synced for GUID/Type/Name/Description/Status/Completed Date fields between BizX and LMS, so other fields (such as Start Date) will not be synced between LMS and CDP.
