SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Posting

Users with granted Admin access to Recruiting Posting are able to add/modify the company description as follows:

1. Go to Manage Recruiting Posting ⇾ Posting Profiles & Groups and find the Posting Profile you need to change the company description for.
2. In Information tab > Company you will find the Company description field that can be edited.
3. If you need to have this field prefilled in Recruiting Posting, and you have not mapped this field in Field Completion Rules (see SAP Knowledge Base Article 2743231), you need to add the company description information for all posting languages: Click Add description > Select Language > Add Company description text and Save
   
   

If there is no mapping, the value used will be the one from the Posting Profile. If empty, the Group value is retrieved. In case of both are not completed, the value provided during the Recruiting Posting activation (visible at the root level) will be used.
