You see a message 'File not available for download' when trying to download transport object data from the UI.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Administrator work centre.
  2. Go to the Transport Management view.
  3. Open a transport request.
  4. Go to the Transport Content facet.
  5. Click an attachment in the list to download the XML.
  6. The message will appear.

'File not available for download.


You have a pop-up blocker enabled for your browser.


Open you browser settings and turn off the pop-up blocker for your tenant.

This will be addressed and corrected in subsequent time.
