2686821 - Objects Are Disabled in The Side Panel in Outlook Client Side Add-in

Some of the Values (Opportunity/Lead/Activity/Sales-Quote/Campaign/Sales-Order) is grayed out (disabled) in the Outlook Client Side Add-in side panel.

The work center view related is to the business object (BO) that is grayed out, and it is not assigned in Access Rights.

Assign the Work Center View (WCVIEW) of the related object to user business role that is not able to see this BO in side panel.

Please refer the list of WOC Views related with each BO.

• COD_OPPORTUNITY_WCVIEW - Opportunity
• COD_MKT_PROSPECTWC (Both) - Leads
• COD_MARKETINGLEAD - Leads
• COD_ACTIVITY_LIST_WCVIEW - Activities
• COD_CAMPAIGN - Campaign
• COD_QUOTE_WCVIEW - Sales Quote
• COD_SALESORDER_WCVIEW - Sales Order

Note:
If you are not able to find the view COD_ACTIVITY_LIST_WCVIEW, please follow the steps below to enable it:

1. Go to the Business Configuration work center.
2. Go to the Implementation Projects view.
3. Select the current project and Edit Project Scope.
4. Go to the Step 4: Questions.
5. Expand Sales --> Account and Activity Management --> Activity Management.
6. Under Activity Lists sections check the question "Do you want to record information from activity lists in your system?".
   
7. Save.
