The SAP SuccessFactors Learning now reports the provisioner (secondary) ID in the "User Personal Information Change" report. The "Change Audit" report (from BizX-Platform) also brings this information.

Resolution
The provisioner ID is the ID of the user, such as an SAP Support agent, who is accessing the system using a secondary login ID. With the reports, it will be possible to pull this information altogether.
