Symptom

  • Where is the Help tile in Admin Centre?
  • The Help tile is missing from Admin Center

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Core - b1808

Cause

The new Help tile is only available in the NexGen Admin Center

Resolution

  1. Enable the NexGen Admin Center
  2. Once enabled, switch from Admin Center to NexGen Admin Center and you will find the Help tile:
