The HANA optimized Request activation in a Standard DSO (ODSO) fails with the following error message:

transaction rolled back by an internal error: fail ed to activate dso with persisted changelog:  [410 02] partition error

cannot determine partition for ea ch row with error: Error allocating rows to parts

TrexUpdate failed on table <CHANGELOG>/<PSA> with error: Error allocating rows to parts; Could not allocate value XXX for column 'PARTNO' to a part of table <CHANGELOG>/<PSA>. The table has no OTHERS part. Create a new partition for the value.
