Outgoing wire transfer memo line language determination criteria.

System determines the language used in the memo line of an outgoing wire transfer based on two criteria:

1. First, the Language defined in Supplier Account master data is checked. For example, if Language is English, the memo line will be created in English irrespective of the Supplier's Country.
2. If the Language is left blank, then the Country of Supplier is checked, and its official language will be used. For example, if Country is Japan, memo line will be created in Japanese.

The above determination has no link with the countries scoped in the Project Scope.
