2687407 - SAP Jam links won't open from MS Office documents - "Cannot download the information you requested"

When a SAP Jam URL within a MS Office document(e.g. Word) is clicked on, it shows error popup- "Cannot download the information you requested" instead of opening the URL in the browser.

SAP Jam Collaboration

1. Put some SAP Jam URL within a MS Office document e.g. Word.
2. Hold CTRL and click on the link.
3. Error popup will be shown.
