This article provides information on why Fiori Onboarding Dashboard is not defaulting to all users.

Application is working as per designed.

With the current design of the solution, there is no current function to default all users to see the Fiori Onboarding Dashboard without clicking the button 'Try New Version'.

Note

Users who have access to Onboarding needs to click 'Try New Version' to enable the Fiori Onboarding Dashboard.
