Symptom
When an employee sends a Feedback Request, and a user provides a response, the employee does not receive the Continuous Feedback Responded Request Notification.
Environment
SuccessFactors Continuous Performance Management
Reproducing the Issue
- Log into system
- As an Employee, navigate to Continuous Performance
- Under the Feedback tab, select Request Feedback
- Enter a user's name and send the Feedback request
- User provides a response to the Feedback Request
- Employee receives the Continuous Feedback Received Notification instead of the Continuous Feedback Responded Request Notification
Cause
Expected behavior
Resolution
The Continuous Feedback Responded Request Notification will only be received by managers. This notification is intended to only notify managers about feedback received for one of their direct reports.
