Symptom

You have a cash drawer connected to your receipt printer. Your receipt printer is connected to SAP Customer Checkout. You expect the cash drawer to open after a receipt is posted and printed in SAP Customer Checkout. However, even though a success message is displayed in SAP Customer Checkout the cash drawer actually does not open.
