2687939 - SAP GUI for HTML: SVG Icon missing for popup window on IE11

Symptom

In SAP GUI for HTML (WebGUI) or Personas, the SVG icons (of buttons) are missing for PopupWindows on IE11 browser when using theme sap_bluecrystal.
With Chrome or Firefox browser, the issue is not visible when using theme sap_bluecrystal.

If the theme sap_corbu is used, the icons are displayed correctly in IE11
