2687954 - New Hire user not part of Dynamic groups

Permission Groups created with ECT group filter are not getting auto refreshed with the new users added in the instance.

• SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

Newly hired users are not part of Dynamic group automatically created with ECT group filter such as Job Information-Cost Center, Job Information-Department etc.

They get added into groups after updating the permission group or running the "Refresh RBP rules"  job accordingly.

Currently this is an expected behavior.

Product Management has confirmed that currently this behavior is expected.

They also shared with us that you can use the Extend by n days feature for this requirement because when this setting is used, future hires are part of permission groups ahead of their hire date. This works for dynamic group filters based on fields in Effective Dated Entities such as Job Info or Compensation Info.
