Symptom
Application Error is being thrown on multiples users Profiles while loading the Pay Component Non Recurring Portlet.

Environment
Employee Central - Compensation Information
Reproducing the Issue
1. Navigate to Profile of a user
2. Scroll down the Pay Component Non Recurring Portlet
3. Portlet does not load and an application error is thrown
Cause
This is a cache issue.
Resolution
To resolve please follow the below steps:
1. Admin Centre
2. OData API Metadata Refresh and Export
3. Refresh Metadata Cache*
*If this is not a visible option in Admin Centre, then you will need to permission it via RBP. The tool is found under the permission category Manage Integration Tools.
If doing the above does not resolve the issue then access Provisioning* and please perform the below steps:
1. Provisioning
2. Under "MDF Cache Tool" click "Clear Cache" link
3. Click "Click to clear cache" button
*If you do not have Provisioning access, please raise a support case.
