Symptom
When SAML users are trying to view or Modify any webi report in desktop mode(3 tier mode), it is giving error:
"An error occured at session creation ... com.sap.webi.client.toolkit.exception.WIException: ClusterFacadeImpl::openSession : [repo_proxy 13] HttpSessionFacade::openSession - unable to proceed to the handshake : HTTP communication problem"
