2688203 - Customer Checkout fails to start immediately after executing

Symptom

You try to execute the SAP Customer Checkout. Straight after the JAVA console window pops up the process is aborted. There are only a few lines in the console:

JAVA root directory is set to C:\Program Files\Java\...your JAVA version

-Dlog4j.configuration="file:C:\SapCustomerCheckout/cco/conf/log4j.properties"

Then the console closes and the entire start process aborts.
