Resolution

To create or initiate a manual Onboarding activity, follow the steps below.

  1. In [ SAP SuccessFactors HMC > Onboarding ]
  2. Click the Process tab

  3. Click the Onboarding Process and click 'Start' button

  4. An activity will be created and the Post-Hire Verification will start, enter the details and complete the process
