2688416 - Max Sample Data Size for profiling is limited to 500 - Information Steward

While profiling data, the max sample data size has a limit of 500.
When the results show, we can only export the 500. Is there some way we can expand this limit?
Can this limit be removed?
Why is the sample data size for profiling data so small?
