  • Error message After Running Data Subject Information Report: "Unable to retrieve data for UserAccount while reading data for User Management - User Account module"

  • SAP SuccessFactors Learning - Module specific data

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Login to Your Instance
  2. Go to Data Subject Information
  3. Run a report
  4. Check  error message in Execution manager and  Download the report -User account fields do not appear at all.

Cause

RBP or Role Base Permission issue: Missing permission

Resolution

  1. Go RBP permission>Manager User>User Account OData entity: Enabled
