What kind of data/information comes in the notification template, when triggered through the "Send Preview" option of the notification template editor?
Environment

Reproducing the Issue
In the Learning admin side, click:
- System Admin > Configuration > Notification Templates > Search and access the desired notification template >
- Messages > Launch Editor > Send Preview.
Resolution
When triggering the notification template through the "Send Preview" option of the notification template editor, the data/information that comes in it is not related to a user. It will look like the template is blank.
To have the notification populated with user data, It would be necessary to have the notification triggered for a user and not through the "Send Preview" option.
Note: the email needs to be enabled in the Global Application Settings (Learning admin side > System Administration > Configuration > Global Application Settings > Mail > Enable email), so it will be generated and delivered.
