2688885 - Error Message Action CLOSE not possible; action is disabled in Petty Cash

You are trying to close a Petty Cash Id and the error message Action CLOSE not possible; action is disabled in Petty Cash is displayed.

SAP Business ByDesign.

1. Go to the Liquidity Management workcenter.
2. Master Data view.
3. Petty Cash sub view.
4. Go to the In Revision Petty Cash view.
5. Select the Petty cash id XYZ(XYZ refers to the Petty Cash id).
6. Click on Close Petty cash id and the system displays an error message  Action CLOSE not possible; action is disabled.

You will have to de-select the blocked indicator of this petty cash before trying to close it.

1. Go to the Liquidity Management workcenter.
2. Master Data view
3. Petty Cash sub view
4. Go to the In Revision Petty Cash view
5. Select the Petty cash id XYZ(XYZ refers to the Petty Cash id)
6. Uncheck the Blocked tick box and Save.

Later try to close the Petty Cash Id and it will work.
