Which Status Categories will trigger the number of openings to be decreased.

There are some Statuses that have special characteristics: When an applicant is placed into one of the following statuses Onboard, Hired, Pre-start, Employee category the recruiter will see the value of field “Number of Openings” decreases by one unit, this field is located on the Job Requisition:

Please note if you have a more than one status associated to the following categories Onboard, Hired, Pre-start, Employee category then the number will decrease each time the candidate is placed into one of these statuses.
