In provisioning, a job is available in Job Scheduler for deleting all profile photos from b1808 release, please refer to guide for further details.

You can request to schedule such a deletion job on Provisioning. As customers don´t have access to Provisioning, you need to contact your Implementation Partner. If you are no longer working with an Implementation Partner, contact SAP Cloud Support providing:

• Job Owner:
• Occurrence:
• E-mail notifications of the job:

Job Owner is a user that is saved as the one that executed the job and also receives an email notification upon job completion.

The Job on Provisioning needs to have created with the following Job Type: "Delete All Profile Photos".

Once the job is completed, the profile photo will display an avatar, the same one when the profile picture is deleted manually.

Just please note that all modules that consume this information will be affected. So, it might take a while until all photos are removed from them.
