Symptom

The Connection test in the Cloud Connector returns the error:

"Status:
Failed to connect

Tunnel ID:
account:///xxxxxxxx

Remote Name:
connectivitynotification.hana.ondemand.com"

In the Cloud Connector logs:
#ERROR#com.sap.scc.rt#http-bio-8443-exec-4# #Tunnel account:///<account> connect failed

com.sap.core.connectivity.tunnel.core.handshake.TunnelHandshakeException: Invalid proxy response status: 407 Proxy Authentication Required
at com.sap.core.connectivity.tunnel.client.handshake.AbstractClientHandshaker.handleProxyHandshakeResponse(AbstractClientHandshaker.java:100)
at com.sap.core.connectivity.tunnel.client.NotificationClientHandshaker.handleChannelRead(NotificationClientHandshaker.java:80)"
