2689032 - How to recommend a completed item?

A user would like to recommend a completed item to a colleague. How can it be done?

To do it, in the Learning user side:

1. Access the Learning History tile > Click or leave the mouse pointer over the desired completed item title > Review Content > Recommend >
2. Search for the desired user(s) > Send.

Take a look at the KBA 2301688 to understand the "Review Content" feature availability. Also, review the KBA 2580940 to understand if the user to have the item recommend cannot access it.
