2689258 - S/4HANA Output Control: Print Preview & Messages buttons are missing in ME21N screen (and similar symptom can occur for other purchasing documents as well)

Symptom

Print Preview button is missing in ME21N Purchase Order screen after upgrading your system to S/4Hana from SAP ERP or between S/4hana version.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA On-premise till version 2023 (S4CORE 108) - in On-premise cases the default output logic is S/4HANA Output Control, but you have the possibility to change the output determination logic back from S/4HANA Output Control to NAST-based.
