In Interview Scheduling, what time zone does the system use when sending emails to candidates and interviewers?

The time zone shown in the email depends on what user the email is being sent to, for example interviewer, interview organizer or candidate, as well as what type of email is being sent. Please see the below table for a list of emails and their time zone based on what user is receiving it.

(x = the timezone is applies to this email trigger, N/A = the timezone does not apply to this email trigger)

Note: If there are multiple interviewers in different timezones, the interview notification picks one of their timezones to mark the interview time. An e-mail goes to all interviewers, and the timezone is expanded so the interviewers notice it and can adjust it to their own timezone.

Note: If the interview is confirmed using the option book this slot the timezone and interview time will display as the organizers timezone in the confirmation email to the candidate. 
Example

• Scenario 1: Organizer sets up interview and use the option Book this slot for candidate. The email triggered to the candidate is 'Interview Confirmation to Candidate'.
  Results: Interview time and time zone displays in the organizer's time zone 
• Scenario 2: Organizer sets up interview and the candidate will book the slot via the career site. The email triggered to the candidate is 'Interview Confirmation to Candidate'.
