2689453 - Identity Authentication Service shows a pop-up asking for user and password

Symptom

  • When performing SAML authentication via an Identity Authentication Service tenant (IAS), a pop-up appears asking for credentials. After that, the regular logon page is presented.
  • This can happen in the browser or in the IBP Add-on for Excel.
