2689707 - No Inbox for Territory Name field in the Opportunity Quick Create Window

Symptom

There is no option to enter/select a Territory Name in a new opportunity. The field is neither a text field nor does it have an object value selection (ovs).

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Sales work centre.
  2. Go to the Opportunities view.
  3. Click on New.

Result: There is no option to enter/select the Territory Name in the new opportunity.

Cause

The Territory Name field is linked to the Territory ID.

Resolution

When selecting the Territory ID, the territory Name will be automatically populated.

That is the expected system behaviour.
