Running Ad Hoc on Team Goals will show the entry for the Team Goal Creator as the Goal Owner.

Reproducing the Issue
1.) Create a Team Goal.
2.) Assign Team Goal to another user (e.g. Direct Report).
3.) Check the Managers Goal Plan > "Team Goal Test" is not there.
4.) Check the Employee Goal Plan > "Team Goal Test" is there.
5.) Run an Ad Hoc report on that Goal Plan.
Ad Hoc results displays an entry for the Manager as the Owner of the Team Goal as well.
Resolution
System behaves as expected.
The Team Goal may not appear on the Goal Plan of the Team Goal Creator. Because of this, it will not be displayed in the PM forms.
In this scenario Ad Hoc results will display a Manager as Team Goal Creator and the Goal Owner as well as per system design.
