2689936 - Scroll bar missing for a Performance form - Performance Management

• User can't proceed with PM form as the scroll bar is missing
• User is unable to navigate to a specific section of the form as the scroll bar is missing
• Browser scroll bar is missing when opening a PM form

Note: The form was enrouted through the user and manager earlier as part of Route map and currently in Signature stage.

1. Login as effected user
2. Go to Performance module
3. Select the specific form and try to complete the evaluation step

2. Proxy as the effected user
3. Go to Performance module 
4. Select the specific form and try to complete the evaluation step

The comments added (by employee or manager) in earlier steps has "overflow:hidden" in form content, which is wrong a CSS in comment, that will make scrollbar hidden issue. It's mostly probably caused by copying the comments directly from some other web page which contains this CSS style - "overflow:hidden" into the comment field.

To avoid this kind of issue, please don't copy any text and past on form with CSS style, typing and modifying format on form directly are more recommended.

The only way solve this problem is to relaunch the forms for the affected users.
