Symptom

How to add keys in the below tags?

  • EC-CandidateCreated
  • EC-PostPHV
  • EC-PaperWorkDone
  • EC-UpdateHireData

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0

Cause

The keys embedded in the tags mentioned are hard-coded in the database level.

Resolution

For Live Customer(s), Implementation Partner(s), and Consultant(s)

With the current offering of SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0, the application does not allow adding or deleting standard fields in the following tags under Data Dictionary:

  • EC-CandidateCreated
  • EC-PostPHV
  • EC-PaperWorkDone
  • EC-UpdateHireData

Note

  • SAP Cloud Product Support does not provide manual back-end services to perform this nature of task.
  • We encourage our customers if they feel the ability to add a key to kindly create an enhancement request on the SAP Influence Portal.
